Bower & Bower Auction Service began in early 2006 after brothers Bob and Joe Bower graduated from Continental Auctioneers School in Mankato, MN.  Becoming auctioneers and working together in a field they both enjoyed had long been a dream for them.  

Bob and Joe are the youngest of the six sons of Lenord and Katie Bower of Bark River.  They were raised on the family dairy farm, and from an early age worked with and learned from their parents and older brothers.  That sense of teamwork and working together toward a common goal carries on today in their auction business. 

Bob and his wife Gina have two adult sons:  David and Jordan.  They make their home in the rural Schaffer area.

Joe and his wife Mary are the parents of four young children:  Josie, Jackson, Mason, and Christina.  They live on the family farm and raise crops and beef cattle.
